Editorial Policy
Our editorial policy is designed to prevent a commercial affiliate relationship from being mistaken for scientific or medical authority.
Source hierarchy
- A matching current physical product label for formula, directions and warnings.
- Current transaction/seller information for package price, shipping and guarantee.
- FDA, NIH and NCCIH for regulatory and safety context.
- Peer-reviewed literature for ingredient-level mechanisms and outcomes.
- Promotional testimonials only as marketing context—not efficacy evidence.
Evidence language
We do not say an ingredient study “proves Citrus Burn works.” We describe the ingredient, study design, outcome and limitations. Finished-product claims require evidence on the finished product.
Commercial information
Prices and offers are dated because they can change. Purchase buttons disclose their affiliate function through the page-wide disclosure and HTML sponsored/nofollow relationship attributes.
Ratings and testimonials
We do not manufacture a numerical score, star rating, aggregate review count or testimonial. If a seller publishes a review figure, it must be clearly labeled as seller-reported before we would consider displaying it.
Updates and corrections
Important pages carry a last-updated date. When new reliable evidence or a matching current label becomes available, the relevant page should be revised rather than silently preserving stale details.
Medical review
No doctor or medical reviewer is invented. See our medical review policy for the scope of current editorial review.
