Metabolism & Thermogenesis Library
Build the background knowledge needed to evaluate metabolism-related supplement claims without relying on a sales narrative.
Why a metabolism cluster belongs on a product authority site
Citrus Burn marketing uses terms such as thermogenesis, metabolism, calorie burn and fat oxidation. Those concepts are easier to evaluate when they are explained independently of the product. This cluster covers the underlying physiology so a reader can distinguish a real biological process from an exaggerated promise built around that process.
The articles avoid framing metabolism as a single switch that is either “on” or “off.” Resting energy expenditure, movement, food intake, body composition, sleep and other factors interact over time. A supplement mechanism may be interesting without being large enough to dominate total energy balance or produce a predictable visible outcome.
How to read these articles alongside product claims
When a sales claim uses a physiology term, open the matching explainer and ask what the term actually measures. Thermogenesis is not identical to fat loss. Fat oxidation at one moment is not identical to long-term weight change. A change in a metabolic marker is not automatically a clinical benefit. These distinctions help keep the product discussion proportional to the evidence.
